This hotel is a true gem for couples and families seeking a peaceful getaway. The spacious and impeccably clean apartments were a delight, offering stunning views of the surrounding mountains and even a glimpse of the sea. The pool area was a highlight, with ample space to relax and enjoy the sunshine. The hotel's location, nestled in the old town, provided a charming and authentic Italian experience. The owners were incredibly friendly and always ready to assist with any requests, making our stay even more enjoyable. The attention to detail and the basic amenities provided, such as table tennis and a gym, added to the overall value for money.
No major issues, everything was just fine.

Hotel is new, polished, functional. Big rooms and balcony with beatiful view to mountings and also some glance of see on the otherside. Big pool and nice terrace area. At this time there were less than ten families so plenty of room and space for everyone! Private shuttle to beach (Lido) was goos especially when the owners arranged extra trips during evenings. Old town is nice and have some very good restaurants. Also Lido was enjoyable with see and more choices for restaurants. Excellent for both families and couples.
There were supposed to be free wireless internet but it never worked. Also as non-italian speaking person better language skills for staff would have been nice. One thing what was really odd was the compulsory swimming cap in the pool (which we didn't obey)! We have never seen the same in other holiday resorts...

Great room. Good size
Our first experience of walking into this hotel with our children was someone saying be quiet. It turned out to be the receptionist. She had not even said hello before she was telling us to be quiet as people were sleeping. This was at about 4 pm! I do appreciate it was siesta but it was not. Very friendly first impression

The view from the terrace was breathtaking and perfect for a romantic escape. the room was clean and cozy, with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. We loved being close to the beach and having easy access to great local restaurants and shops.
The pool rules were a bit strict, which made us feel a bit constricted. It would have been nice to have more flexibility in using the facilities.

View from the window, placement, parking, friendly staff, wi-fi, swimming-pool.
None speaking english staff that never been on the working place. The swimming pool closed at 19.00, if you have not car there is nothing to do in a hotel. Not convenient system of electronic keys, you cannot enter any place in a hotel without key- you exit to throw the rubbish and cannot return and no possibillity to call the staff. No tent (for shadow) on the parking.

We stayed for a week in a hotel that was located on the hills, offering us beautiful views from the pool area and big balconies. the room was clean and well maintained with a kitchenette and a large living room. the staff was friendly and helpful, and the shuttle bus was useful to reach and enjoy the nearby beach.
The Wi-Fi was slow and frequently interrupted, which was a disappointment.

Spent Christmas at this hotel and it was amazing! Loved the beautiful mountain views from the pool and the delicious homemade cakes offered during breakfast. The staff was extremely helpful and made our stay comfortable. The location of the hotel was perfect as it was close to the town's old part, where we enjoyed some great restaurants. , the private parking was a plus.
The distance to the beach was a bit of a drawback, but the shuttle service provided by the hotel made it easy to get there. However, the Wi-Fi was slow and had frequent interruptions.
